Introducing a series of twelve 

 New Moon Yoga Nidras to fall as near as possible to the actual new moon. Beginning on Saturday 29th March. Join me on  Zoom ~  time to slow down, attune with our soul, tenderly nurture and nourish ourselves, setting intentions, as we welcome the new moon.

Beginning on Sunday 13th April a sublime morning of on-line Yin Yoga welcoming the Libra Full Moon.

We will come into simple postures, taking time and space to tune into our body and breath~  to slow down and settle into stillness, 

journeying together with themed poetry, prose and journaling.
