As my instagram says "I am a psychotherapist, yoga teacher, circle holder, dream creator, weaver and spinner of stories, dancer, nature lover, moon gazer, tarot reader and advocate of wuwei living." But most of all I am a woman who feels deeply, and I feel deeply about many things but most of all about humankind and how we often, through lack of awareness, create suffering for ourselves and the world around us. And my work over the last thirty years has been rooted in bringing awareness to the inter-connectedness of all things, as intrinsic to our capacity to make sense of ourselves, our lives and the world, to embrace that wholeness and to co-create our best life.

As a typical eldest daughter with a serious addiction to perfection from an early age, the concept of "non-action" was seriously revolutionary. The idea that change does not happen as a consequence of force but rather as a tendency that is innate in all things and situation. That change occurs naturally, spontaneously and according to one's true nature. By being in harmony, and living in accordance with nature, and trusting our intuition, there is no need to force or push, just simply align with the Tao, and by not "going against the grain" you will be successful at life.
"By non-action everything is done."

"The Navajo teach their children that every morning when the sun comes up, it’s a brand-new sun. It’s born each morning, it lives for the duration of one day, and in the evening it passes on, never to return again. As soon as the children are old enough to understand, the adults take them out at dawn and they say, ‘The sun has only one day. You must live this day in a good way, so that the sun won’t have wasted precious time.’ Acknowledging the preciousness of each day is a good way to live, a good way to reconnect with our basic joy."
